Selling our gray West Elm Henry queen sleeper sofa that’s only been used once! In perfect condition (though the pillows could use a steam + fluff). Happy to throw in a mattress topper for free (makes the sleeper mattress more comfortable). Finding a new home for it because we’re making space for new office furniture.

Pick-up in Wicker Park (Ashland/Division area). Since it’s a sleeper, it’s pretty heavy. I’d recommend hiring Dolly to move it unless you come with 2-3 very strong people. We have a loading zone next to our building so pick-ups are easy.
